Hain Celestial Europe Appoints New Executive Chairman

Hain Celestial, one of the largest natural and organic food companies in the world and owners of the Linda McCartney range in the UK has appointed Peter McPhillips to the new position of Executive Chairman for Hain Celestial Europe.

With over 40 years experience working in the food industry, Peter McPhillips has held several non executive chairman roles and has, for the last four years, advised food businesses on strategy and acquisitions. Prior to this, Peter was Managing Director of UNIQ PLC’s UK division, a £400m prepared foods business.

As part of his role Peter will be looking to further strengthen Hain Celestial’s European division by growing existing business, reviewing Hain Celestial US brands that could be brought into Europe and building Hain Celestial’s values and cultures.
