Our Culture

At Hain Celestial, we genuinely believe that good people are crucial in making a successful business.

As we are a young Company, we actively encourage entrepreneurial thinking, and are always seeking to improve the way we work.  We also ensure that Managers are allowed to be accountable for their areas, thereby ensuring that they are equipped to succeed in the fast paced industry that we work in.


Performance Management

All Managers have an annual appraisal, which measures them against their accountabilities, and their objectives.  This ensures that everyone is not only achieving their day to day targets, but is also given the opportunity to focus on the longer term pro-active projects. 


Training and Development

As part of the Management appraisal process, all Managers are required to complete a Personal Development Plan to ensure that their personal development needs are identified, and addressed. 

At Hain Celestial we believe that everyone can further develop themselves, regardless of experience or seniority.  Every year each Department produces an annual Training and Development plan, to ensure that all training needs are identified, whether “bottom up” or “top down”.

Hain Celestial is committed to helping employees develop themselves, both in their work life and home life.  We have run several courses in our state of the art Learning Academy, which boasts an IT training room with 10 PC’s, and a conference style training room.  Courses that we have been able to offer so far include 

  • Institute of Leadership and Management accredited training courses
  • Management skills including assertiveness, time management, etc.
  • Email / Internet
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages
  • Numeracy and Literacy Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Skills for life
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
