Pension Scheme
All employees are eligible to join the Hain Celestial UK Pension Plan. This scheme is a defined contribution scheme, which is run by a board of trustees.
Employees can contribute either 3, 4 or 5% of their salary, and the Company will match this and add a further 1%. Therefore, the maximum level of contribution would be 5% from the employee, and 6% from the Company.

Private Healthcare
Eligible employees receive free private healthcare, which is underwritten by Norwich Union.
Employees who are not eligible to receive free private healthcare are able to buy this valuable cover at discounted rates.
Health Assessments
Hain Celestial believes in promoting a healthy way of life for employees, and as such all management grade employees are invited to attend a detailed health assessment every 2 years. This assessment covers areas such as the health of your heart and lungs and detailed blood analysis to test for conditions such as raised cholesterol, diabetes and gout. Checks on your hearing, vision and detailed body composition profile, including your body fat percentage will also be undertaken. You will also be given advice on diet and lifestyle. In addition, if you are over 45, a test that might indicate bowel cancer in also included. For men over 50 or those with family history, a blood test that may indicate prostate cancer. For women aged 50 or over, the assessment also includes a thyroid function blood test.
Holidays
All employees receive a minimum of 24 days holidays per year, excluding Bank Holidays.
Bonus
Eligible management grade employees can participate in the Company's discretionary bonus scheme. This scheme is based on Company performance, and personal performance.
Company car cash allowance
Hain Celestial UK does not offer Company Cars, but does offer a monthly cash allowance to eligible employees. The rate payable depends on the grade of employee, and the amount of business miles covered each year.
